Inqrise is an education marketing agency headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We provide social media marketing, content creation, paid advertising, and related digital marketing services exclusively for education brands.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

The Pixel tracks events such as page views and may be used to build custom audiences for retargeting. Meta may transfer data to servers in the United States. 4.3 Microsoft Clarity

5. How We Share Your Information

7. International Data Transfers

As we serve clients across India, the Gulf, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe, and rely on service providers such as Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel), and Microsoft (Clarity), your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data of EU/UK/EEA users internationally, we rely on mechanisms recognised under GDPR/UK GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or a provider's certification under an applicable data-transfer framework (e.g., the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection.

8. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is currently no accepted industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, and our Website does not currently respond differently based on a detected DNT signal. You can still manage tracking through your browser's cookie settings or the opt-out tools referenced in Section 4.
